xobni, outlook plug-in that helps you organize your flooded inbox

I have been using xobni for sometime now. For me, it is not the e-mail conversation and contacts search feature that is compelling. I use google desktop search for that (that reminds me. Google desktop has taken 2.2 GB on my system and that’s quite a bit. I need to remove Gdesktop but I’m addicted to pressing control twice). But I agree that xobni e-mail search is better(of course, it has to be. It is specific to e-mail). Coming back, it’s not the search that impresses me but the statistics that are way useful than xobni advertises. Stuff like who responds to your mail faster and whom you respond fast are all the details which you won’t get it anywhere else.

Another very good feature is that you can see the recent attachments you have sent to a contact under his name on the xobni column. Integrated Facebook, linkedIn profiles of an e-mail contact is also one of the features, if you are in to online networking.
